You'll be more likely to work out is you ficus on "how" to exercise instead of "why", found Texas Christian University researchers. One group of couch potatoes listed why cardio was good for them. the other group wrote down how they could do more, like "keep a pair of walking shoes in car" or "plan work out the night before". After 2 months, the how group was exercising 25 minutes more per week. the strategies they came up with may have helped them overcome obstacles that can derail workouts, the researchers suspect.
